I'm an ICF-certified coach and licensed therapist based in Denver, where I love spending time outdoors—skiing, mountain biking, or exploring with my dog, Bentley. I specialize in helping high-functioning adults who feel stuck, uncertain, or caught in overthinking gain clarity on what they want, identify the patterns that keep them from moving forward, navigate challenging situations, and take consistent, aligned action. My approach blends structured reflection with practical strategy, so you’re not just thinking things through, you’re making decisions and creating momentum in a way that feels clear, grounded, and sustainable.
Before becoming a certified coach and licensed therapist, I spent several years in financial sales and marketing at a large investment firm and a financial startup, where I developed a strong understanding of high-performance environments and how people navigate pressure, decision-making, and change. Curious about how people navigate challenges and personal growth, I went on to complete a Master’s in Clinical Psychology, which deepened my understanding of human behavior and patterns of thought and emotion.
For the past several years, I’ve worked as a coach with BetterUp, supporting professionals globally across industries—including tech, finance, government, consulting, and manufacturing—from individual contributors to executives. My work focuses on leadership development, communication, change management, and navigating complexity at work. Across my work, I help people make sense of complex situations, clarify what matters, and move forward with greater confidence and intention.

Individual Session - $300
6 Session Package (~3 Months) - $1,500
Starting coaching can feel a little vague. My goal is to make the process structured, clear, and focused from the beginning.
Free 30-Minute Consultation
We’ll briefly connect to talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping to shift or achieve, and whether coaching feels like the right fit. This is also a chance to ask any questions and get a sense of how I work.
First Session
We focus on clarity and direction: what feels stuck or unclear, what you want more of, and what may be getting in the way of moving forward. We’ll explore your current situation, goals, and decision points so we can begin shaping a clear focus for our work together.
Ongoing Work
Coaching is collaborative, structured, and action-oriented. We identify the patterns that keep you stuck—such as overthinking, hesitation, or lack of clarity—and translate insight into concrete next steps. Each session is designed to help you leave with greater clarity, perspective, and direction.
Logistics
Sessions are held via Google Meet, making it easy to meet from wherever you are. Most clients meet every other week. We’ll regularly check in to ensure our work stays focused, useful, and aligned with what you’re working toward.
